OCIA: order of Christian Initiation for Adults

The OCIA process is the normative avenue for people either to enter the Catholic Church or to receive the remainder of the Sacraments of Initiation. This process is a combination of catechesis, spiritual formation, rites, and the reception of the Sacraments at the Easter Vigil. The length of the process depends upon the participant's past catechetical background and a variety of other considerations.

Adults interested in the RCIA process must be 18 years or older. Formation sessions starts from September to May of each year.
